Gregg Megaw is a Northern Irish soccer coach and entrepreneur based in Texas, specializing in individual player development and technical training. He holds a UEFA B License and U.S. Soccer coaching licenses, alongside a degree in Sports Health, Fitness & Exercise from UCLan.

Gregg is the former Co-Owner of PD1 (Player Development and First Sports LLC), where he coached and developed over 1,000 players across the North Texas youth soccer landscape. His coaching philosophy is centered on technical quality, 1v1 effectiveness, and disciplined, game-realistic training environments built on high standards and consistency.

In addition to his academy work, Gregg is a team member of Your Tour, based in Liverpool, England, helping connect North Texas players with professional soccer experiences in the UK and Spain.

His focus remains simple: develop serious players properly, with structure, intent, and long-term standards.
