How to get started.

Follow these steps to get set up and start booking sessions correctly:

1️⃣ Create Your Parent Account

Start here — do not skip this step.
Every family needs a parent account to manage child profiles.
This account cannot be used to book sessions directly. Booking under a parent account may cause errors in age group, training level, or player details.

2️⃣ Add Your Player Profile(s)

Once your parent account is ready, add a child profile.
Include:
- Date of birth (required)
- Profile picture (optional, but a photo in club kit is encouraged)
Each player must have their own individual profile for accurate placement and tracking.

3️⃣ Book Sessions, Courses, Camps & Merchandise

With profiles set up, you can:
- Book individual sessions or group classes
- Register for camps or courses
- Purchase Ballers iD merchandise
First-time users will enter payment details during checkout; future bookings will be seamless.

⚠️ Important Reminders

Always book under the player’s profile, never the parent account.
Booking under a parent account may prevent staff from seeing:
- Player name
- Age
- Gender
- Incorrect booking information can result in placement in the wrong age group or training level.
