Academy FAQ

  • We highly recommend downloading the Ballers ID App, as booking times, locations, and general program information are much clearer and easier to manage within the app.

Ballers ID training Kit is required, and our storefront is available directly inside the app.

Once downloaded, begin by creating your parent account.

    DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP

All players must have their own individual profile, and all bookings must be made under the player’s profile. This ensures they are placed in the correct age group and training level.

After creating your parent account, add a child profile with their date of birth and (optional) profile picture. A photo in their club kit is encouraged.

Once profiles are set up, you can book sessions, courses, camps, and purchase merchandise. First-time users will enter payment details during checkout for seamless future bookings.

Parent accounts should NOT be used for booking.
If booked under a parent account, we will not see the player’s name, age, or gender, which may result in incorrect placement.

  • Ballers ID is built for players who are already training formally with a club or academy (minimum twice per week) and are looking for supplemental technical development to elevate their performance. This is not for players currently playing ‘rec’ soccer.

While recreational players may have strong work ethic and passion, they often need additional foundational development before entering our high-intensity training environment. Confidence is critical in our sessions, and we want every player to compete and thrive.

We recommend recreational players gain 3–6 months of consistent club-level training before joining Ballers ID programs.

  • We offer both outdoor sessions and indoor sessions throughout the week. Specific locations and times are listed clearly in the app.
